Fiber optic machining
Laser cutting ensures the machining accuracy and consistency of the machine bed structure. Vertical machining centers independently process small and medium-sized parts, with key components being 100% self-produced, fully guaranteeing delivery time.
Robotic welding system
Precision welding is performed using a Japanese Panasonic robotic welding system, resulting in uniform and high-quality welds, ensuring consistent load-bearing capacity of the bed structure and improving operational stability.
Large-scale heat treatment: A core process in bed manufacturing. We have introduced renowned brand heat treatment equipment to heat the bed to 600℃, effectively eliminating over 90% of residual welding stress, reducing the risk of bed deformation, and improving equipment precision.
Automatic shot blasting: The machine bed surface is continuously impacted by a high-speed shot stream of 60–110 m/s to thoroughly remove oxide scale, rust and impurities, improve surface adhesion, and ensure that the subsequent coating is uniform and durable.
Large CNC gantry milling machine: It gives the machine bed extremely high rigidity and stability, and the deformation is strictly controlled within 0.02mm/m, reducing vibration and deformation during the machining process and improving the overall running accuracy.
Powder coating assembly line: The machine bed surface treatment adopts advanced powder coating technology, resulting in stronger adhesion and a 30%+ increase in bonding strength. The coating is not easy to fade, enhancing the machine’s texture.
